Dear Friends,
This is a brief update as to our services at Sunrise Bible Church. You can also find a video update here. We are not going to hold services through Thanksgiving. We had hoped to be meeting this weekend, but we are going to hold off one more week. The primary reason is that we have additional members or attenders who have either tested positive or are showing signs of the virus. More specifically, the virus has struck my own home. My wife Casey has tested positive and has been fairly sick for over a week. As a result, my family and I would not be able to be at services this weekend along with several others among our church leaders. Our plan is to resume services on November 29 if all progresses well.
In the meantime, I will send out a home worship guide for this weekend along with a sermon via audio and video.
You are, of course, free to meet with other church families in the meantime for fellowship. In addition, we have these wonderful devices called “phones” that allow us to connect with one another! Make use of these means and others to encourage one another in these days.
